Just to be RealA Poem by MutzyMe dealing with body immage issues.
You see that girl with that ugly face- There is no place, For her in society. No room for anybody, Without money, Who isn’t pretty. Somehow I want to be one of those. Who everyone knows. Be at the top of that attention, No invention; All fake. Most say, That’s not a way to live. But should I give- A care. As long as the good attention, And good reflection, Are there. Then I can’t really mind. That’s really all I want, All I need, Yet I still need to find. Take me, Mold me, Recreate me. Devastate me, Just make me something new. Just tell me what to do, So I can be like you, Be like you. . . That’s all I really want. Everything I’m not; Everything you flaunt; Everything I want. . . Is to be like you. © 2009 MutzyReviews
