I like Erykah Badu. When she first emerged it was refreshing and a unique style of music. Her voice is original and strong. I still don't understand the senyru and haiku, haha. I do like this piece. Well done.

I agree Erykah Badu is one of my favorite artists. From what I've read the two poems are similar in structure 5/7/5 but differ in theme haiku leans toward nature/seasons and a senyru are usually a about human foibles which I would use the definition of human foibles to be - a behavioral attribute that is distinctive and peculiar to an individual
