Unforgotten ScreamsA Poem by MyaDiligoRed and blue lights flashing. What did you just do? Images of blood, A small tennis shoe. Twisted pieces of metal, A bicycle wheel or two. Today was her birthday, Like you even knew. You went to a party, You had a blast. No more will you attend, This was your last. "My drugs are my family you said with a grin" But she was your sister she was your kin. What where you thinking when you saw her lying there? Could you even see her with your drunken drugged up stare? Now where are you going? Do you even know where you have been? Her little smiling face you will never see again, But you will hear her screams. Her small voice as she crys. As fear covers her voice just be for she dies.
