Falling Down

Falling Down

A Poem by Mysteriously Me

Do you find it sad,
  My friends?
That the only time that I can be free
Is with a sip of that intoxicating liquid?
The kind that burns when it goes down
But only makes you want to drink more
            Never was I the drinker
              Until that mid-summer day
                When I realized I just didn’t give a f**k anymore
                   About my morals
                     My life
                       My being...
                         I feel myself tumbling down…
                           F
                             a
                               l
                                 l
                                   i
                                     n
                                       g
                                  Faster,
                                    Farther,
Until I will no longer be able to fall
   Anymore…

This reader relates to the whole poem...falling until I am no longer able to fall.

"Do you find it sad,

It is truly sad...true and sad. Great poem, great structure!
