blurred vision

blurred vision

A Poem by ɴᴏɪʀ ネス

these four eyes tell me what the world wouldn’t let me see
the ugly good mornings and goodbyes
how many faces i saw from a room full of none
the insincere smiles that pop up
day in and night out
a living human being
like me
i take two off
and the world abandons itself of its substance
the substance that made its beauty tolerable
i take two off
not a breath or a whisper
