Regaining My Life

Regaining My Life

A Poem by NITISH

A mere outburst of senses
or a bit of insanity.
A worth place to live in but dead I were.
Hoping to feel the touch
that could lift the curse
In all these years,
my memory strucks
through every inch of details
my body pierced and strength gets draining.
But I loved that pain
for the pain of her absence
was sweeter than presence of mine.
And I went through it as ashes of my dream flied high.
Like a cherished hope for long
Now She came,
with all her fragrances
with all her beauty and her smile.
An awakening voice that soothened my ear.
A ray of hope that beaconed my life.
Tell me O God, why shouldn't I
get my life?
Just erode the soil, O Wind
Cause my breath is coming
Yes for sure, She is coming.
My life is coming!
