Moving sand

Moving sand

A Poem by Nada Khaled

I was standing tall and high, captured by the never-ending sky.
Watching over stars and clouds, never knew my heartbeats were so loud.
I lied and cried , moments went fast by my side.
Sad and happy , you showed how you're so crappy.
What crime did i commit, love was just a miserable s**t.
Soon had i realized in the heartland, no one survives on moving sand.
