Light and darkness

If darkness flowed together with light

would the light really be bright ?

Would the colours flow together in harmony 

belonging together like the sun and the bird's melody ?  

Or would the light be so dull 

that it's revelation would be null ? 

With darkness in the mix 

we will end up being a skull and sticks.

very interesting poetry, I think light and dark are together in humans, I think we are comprised of both, but there are things that are of all light and are of all dark. unconditional love, true unconditional love, I believe to be all light, but one could even argue darkness in that, because you could love somebody who does unhealthy things to themselves, enabling sometimes comes in there, so there is gray in much. I suppose that children are 100 percent light, and are not meant to have darkness, so yes, I do see your point. children is what makes me think of this being true the most, if darkness mixes with them, we will end up being a skull and sticks, you speak truth there through and through.

Yes I also agree that light and darkness are together in humans and we can't really help it. But somewhere inside us there is a place that really wants everything to be all light again because with darkness in the mix most of what we do is a bit messed up.
