I like this poem because it reflects a perennial spiritual intuition about true being vis-a-vis the falseness of mere egoic acculturation.
Your title summons up a fave line of mine from a crazy wise spiritual Guru who recently passed, Adi Da: "The true yogi is a fire, a wild, terrifying being. You should not approach me unless you are willing to be undone."
You may have been referring partly to the physical form re "shed this shell," but that occurs soon enough. The spirit of your fine succinct rumination is to be relieved of the stubborn cramp of mere egoity to experience the radically simple bliss of pure being.
I enjoyed this deceptively simple poem very much, and salute your "Desire to be Undone."
