Smile

It is important for everyone to smile and also to make everyone smile.

SMILE

Smile says many things, and also hides a hundred pain;

Like the sunshine that comes after rain.

People see the sunshine and say it might have rained,

Likewise, when you smile they believe in your smile even though you are in pain.

Every time you smile, may be for any reason;

But please smile, it doesn't need any occasion.

Don't smile to hide the pain,

Smile to heal the pain.

Each smile says something,

Smile with your pure heart, not in a cunning way;

Ah! What a pretty smile people should say.

But I don't want that smile which everyone likes,

I want that smile by which when they look at it they smile.

People always say it takes more muscles to form a frown than a smile. I don't know if this saying is true or not, but it's what came to remind when I read this one.

I agree with Sir_Anonymous on
his interpretation of this poem.

In addition to this, I think it was a nice change of pace from your usual theme of love.

Hmmm... A lot of repetition in this one though not all poetry needs to rhyme.

However I do understand what you're trying to depict with these sentences... Or at least I believe I do.

You wish to tell the audience or perhaps your own self that you shouldn't smile just because you felt like you should have.

Rather they should smile because they want to it should come naturally like hearing a good joke you can't help but laugh and flash those pearly whites.

Don't force it to try to hide what you really are feeling you should instead find something else to think on to get your ever thinking mind to give up and look at the bright side.

You feel the need to smile than that is just guile doing the talking being mysterious with these secretive secrets.

Let laughter and glee guide the way to the smile that can't help but keep others smiling with you too.
