The Conclusion

The Conclusion....

        Fear of hate consumed her darkened mind,
As she ravaged through Pandora's Box, for the truth that was undefined.

A mirage of what was left of her past mistake,
Entangled itself into a broken dam of feelings she failed to obviate.

As she cracked through the seams and fibers that held her in place,
She began to observe the truth of a past that was infeasible to escape.

Then the truth that was once hidden beckoned to her to see.
And to her, words of melancholy, it spoke indistinctly.

"Forget the life you know and all the tears of sacrifice you've made.
For in the end, the agonizing truth remains: antiquities never fade."
