Teardrops of the rain

 Oh teardrops of the rain

Why do people look at you with disdain !?

They don't know you're healing a pain

Caused by the very same

People who look at you with disdain 

Let this rain hide my tears

Let this thunder cover my screams 

These grey clouds are getting along with my mood

Oh.. And If I could

I would fall like this raindrop on the gound

And stay there, deep down, without making any sound

Just listen to the rain falling

Only it can understand my aching

Ease my mind and allay my pain

Listen to the silence filled with the teardrops from the sky ... 

  

      

Author's Note

The 1st stanza I wrote it yesterday. It was raining and I was sitting by the window, having my tea and reading my book, and I got so emotional and overwhelmed by beautiful feelings *-* ... And then the ideas flew instantly
The 2nd stanza i wrote it a couple of weeks ago when I was teared apart and wretched.
But now I am perfectly fine, and I just wanted to share it

I love rain, and love reading books and having a nice hot cup of tea or hot chocolate and listening to the raindrops on m window while it's pooring outside ... I find it so comfortable and peaceful =)
