Sounds of Nature

Sounds of Nature

A Poem by Black Jess

Here is the rain pouring

To refresh the old cold hard ground

And here comes the thunder striking

To turn the sky into grey cloud

And there goes the waved dancing

To crush into the rocks out loud

And there comes the birds singing

To awake us with their beautiful sound

And there comes the sun shining

To send its light all around

And there are the tress standing

High along with the mound

Climb the mountains

Chase the wind

Touch the sky

Dance in the rain

The symphony present in your poem is outstanding. You have explained the entire phenomena of rain fall in such a great detail it really makes me wonder that you're such a great observer of nature.

Thank you, glad you like it !
Another descriptive poem about nature which evokes the senses. Sight, sound, touch. Nicely done.

Typo, in trees.
