The elephant in the room

That moment when there's something that need to be talked about and everyone knows, but choose to ignore

There's an elephant in the room everyone is seeing and no one is talking about

It has a deafening sound, and yet, we ignore it and keep moving aside

The pressure is palpable, inner thoughts are written in everyone's forehead

And yet, silence remains

But no silence inside

Inside, all the conversations are happening

All the misuderstanding is being established

All the sounds are bombarding like fireworks

But no sound gets out

No word is muttered

No sign is given

So, can we please talk about the elephant in the room that we're both seeing ?
