PuzzledA Poem by NatFree verse poem about unrequited loveYou're so different, like a puzzle made of wrong pieces and a face made of broken hearts, confusion with you never slows, never fastens, a perfect mix of never and maybe, some say they hate it but I've never felt a high more addicting. my mind desires to feel you again, your touch on me glistens as the heat of my heart makes the warmth of your hands tense. I try from memory to piece your face together pieces from the last time my eyes laid on your physical sight on the beauty that ferments itself inside you, blooming out of the sides of you. My muses were never so different, never a complex collage of emotions tied into one entity. Such sensitivity but with pride, never one so different, it leaves me trying to put you together, puzzled. © 2026 NatAuthor's Note
