🌸 “Kridha, My Little Light”A Poem by Neha agrawalThis poem captures the raw beauty of motherhood—the sleepless nights, the moments of doubt, the little tantrums, and the overwhelming joy of watching a tiny fighter grow into a wildflower.
You came like a silent wind in the air,
Too soon for world but rare. So tiny but full of fight, You seize my heart in blooming light. The world was unsure but I knew, That nothing felt stronger than holding you. Machines hummed and the nights were long, But in your soft breath sung my song. Kridha my little light tender and wild, The chaos, the wonder, all in one child. Born with a will that refused to bend, A fierce little spark I never pretend. You tested me and taught me to bend, And still you became my beginning that never ends. I went through nights with tired eyes, lullabies sung beneath skies. Your cries echoed the room and fingers held tight" Even anger felt sweet in your stubborn light. I rocked you to sleep with shivering soul, Broken somehow but whole. You don’t need words me to told, Your love speaks when I hold. Kridha my miracle you shine so strong, A story of courage softly told. Two candles now flicker where once fear burned, Two years of lessons I never once earned. Your joy is in your laughter so free. So sleep now my darling rest for a while, Dream in the warmth of your mother’s arms. No matter how far the flight, You’ll always be, My little light. © 2025 Neha agrawalReviews
