Twilights TowerA Poem by NeoGen87A sparks that breaks into many, most of which fading away, while two sparks finds one another and reforms into one spark yet again.
In the passing twilight hours
Silent and vigilant from afar Among the midnight skies towers Laid a flame softly aglow Lit dim as it burned slow Deep and passionate it grew With coal-like sparks drifting asunder Each lost wandering down its journey Spiraling and tumbling, whirling and storming With an affixed gaze like watchers of stars The heavens and earth stand still in awe As they reassended like a sea of stars Dancing and darting, glimmering like the Pleiades The sparks aspiring for one another Some fallen and burnt out Others bright and stout Together they flicker about Till they find what they sought United again, two sparks burning brightly With a new flame to rival the Auroral © 2013 NeoGen87Author's Note
