A New Chance, a New Beginning

new life :)

 

Striving for perfection, seeking forgiveness, longing for a clean slate

Grace but an obscure notion, blame an entirely obvious solution

 Lacking understanding, doubts consume the mind, such a love possible?

A new chance, a new beginning, undeserved life

Given by one individual, a stranger, whose thoughts were focused on me

Whose lips uttered my name, endured the pain; unjust punishment

Yet taken for my sake, so that I could live in freedom

No words can express this love, this act of self-sacrifice

New meaning to the concept of life, no longer lived in vain

Eyes opened, heart yearning, endlessly searching

Pieces fall into place, the beauty of it all confounds even the wisest

I like this a lot. I like to think of myself as a smart and intellectual kind of guy, but there is no way to understand that kind of grace, and that kind of love. But that wont ever stop me from living for it and by it.
