Cell phones.

I never got how NO CELL PHONES became a rule, I think it's pretty unfair. I mean: what if you're at lunch and just finished eating? What if you want to listen to music, text someone in a different state or take pictures of the friends you may never see again? Another thing, during class, I think the teacher should only take away the phone if there is a problem, a test, quiz, exam and if they do, only until the end of the period or until all testing is finished. I understand this rule, yet I also do not. What if you're actually responsible with your phone?
