We all know the feeling...of being numb.

It's hard to admit you were wrong

when the truth was staring at you all along.

The reality hurts; it just felt so right

the idea of love, of you by my side

Now empty is a way of life.

It eats at you

keeps you up at night

and you got me feeling numb.
