Although last seen fading away     

upon a backcloth

of both turquoise and grey

 

The unhappy little fellow

put in a rare appearance again today

But looked like he was drowning

 

Rejected is an understatement

and soon to be deleted he just never

seems to learn

Of course I don't understand your intention & that seems to be what you expect to happen. I hope it will still be acceptable to interpret your poem with unfettered freedom, despite your invitation to go take a freakin' hike. I've had a bellyful of narcissists in my life, starting with my dad who used his family as a bottomless cesspool to serve his own needs & ego . . . with the current chapter unresolved as our prez plunders this country for his own fortune, corruption & ego. Always the angry injured party as the narcissist stomps all over everyone's needs & feelings. Yeah, I totally understand the celebration upon deletion . . . sigh . . . nugless narcissists can't prevail forever (((HUGS)))

I so hope you are right Margie, I really do... I worked with many throughout my professional career and am conscious of the fact they are all around us... oh my gosh.. I sound quite paranoid, don't I... am aware that such individuals lurk both near and far and if go unchecked. may end up screwing very decent one of us... am not prepared to let that happen without a fight, although a pitched battle would be preferable.... nug ya back, but I'm watching it anyway so not to worry......Nev..
