Bex World

 

I want your world

To be full of nice things

Soft fluffy bunnies

And diamonds and rings

 

Every day to be filled

With buckets and spades

Over-flowing with flowers

Sea shells and warm sunny days

 

Imagine a world

Where all nice dreams come true

This is the world

That I want for you

 

Bouncy castles, heroes, princes and kings

Perfect blue skies

And sea-sidey things

 

No nettles or wasps

Or things that might sting

No splinters or teardrops

Or any such thing

Dads and daughters, what more can I say? That very, special bond that lasts a lifetime and even beyond. Your words are just gorgeous Neville. All good things for your Bex while you are also there to protect her from any of the stings that life can bring. I am one of three daughters, my Dad was fiercely protective of all three of us. He was indeed Neville. So sadly missed. Died 28 years ago when he was 60. There hasn't been a day since then when I haven't thought about him. x

I can truly empathise with such a loss.. my Dad passed 21st June 2012 so the 6th anniversary is coming up.. x
