Old Bones

Old Bones

A Poem by Neville

Old Bones

Oh’ I feel so very old

My bones they do so

Creak

They remind me of the

Stairs on our first floor

Landing

Not that it was ever

Our first floor landing

Mind

But the one on which we

Always used to meet

nice analogy. there's always some wear and tear when we've been around the block or for two ships passing in the night. there is other meaning in your words ... :)

Old creaking bones need soft landings. Those creaking stairs brought back a few memories. Short poem, tells many stories. Happy memories, smiling at you Neville.
