A tiny imperfection

Don't tell me, you were floored by the flaw you saw. How's that for a bit of rhyme? This is so utterly vague, that your reader's will be able to come up with a myriad of meanings.Tell me Neville, was it painful being thrown by an imperfection? :) I am thinking roses here, or something floral in your garden. Nothing is perfect, lower your standards.
I am waiting to see what your other fans will make of this. It is another puzzler.
