I love this! One of my very faves from you! I love it when characters are word-painted as a little mismatched, a little "off" . . . but still the combo makes magic. You captured this with the perfect amount of intrigue & heart (((NUGS to the moon))) Fondly, Margie

"She is a woman who dreams, he is an old man who marvels". There was something I felt in these lines that made me feel we were on a journey through time. Starting off with youth, full of ambition, through many years. It's a love story in lyric format and it is very beautiful indeed. I like the references to the natural environment, birds of paradise, so exotic and climbing high mountains, fragrances, poetry and love. You've certainly managed to incorporate many things which poets hold dear. Luvverly stuff Neville. You are on a roll at the moment. Is it magical? Of course it is.

Mmmm oh N. You paint those two world so beautifully.....
It has a sweet sad feel to it but with hope coloured to it's root there is still light....
I liked this one a lot....
Reminded me of a book I read how she would colour her hair tips the mood she was in.... the hope in this poem felt like that....colouring the overall feel of it...
