I am saddened by my friend Lorry leaving the Cafe but sickened by the cause....

While some

Are shattered

Your mirrors cracked

My fish is battered..

Our playground will not be the same without Lorry. I love his wacky sense of humour, his punchline poetry and his mind wandering reviews. I sincerely hope he reconsiders because he is going to be sorely missed by his mates here. He knows who his mates are.

Not only Lorry...but there are many who are harassed by that or those cons creating animosity and pungent relations among many writers.....I received a hate mail few days ago and was about to leave this arena...but John said that this way the evil will win...so can't bother for those creepy texts and we should keep ourselves united....I wish Lorry comes back here and keeps writing....

What we do need is a grievance system of some kind. No one should be driven away. Or get hate mail. Checks and balances are important and when done properly.

well sir...i guess i can live with a distorted self image as long as the fish are battered .. beer battered that is... as for the rest ... i don't have a dog in that fight ...Lorry never did nuttin' to me ...i have enjoyed his reviews and his poetry ...i think the terrible trolling that went on long ago now ..has left some bitter seeds ... a sad sad refrain i'm afraid :((( i am grateful having been unscathed by all that .. other than missing those who have gone .... with the exception of the trolls of course ... who are actually very easy to handle .. i don't respond ... i report .. and block ... the end
with that i say ... big sighhhhhhhhhhhh and down yer neck buddy! ;)))))))))) pass the fish!
