true enough

within the context

of believing herself to be

nothing but seriously honest

But other than that, she was quite

seriously deluded, needy and broken ...

Honesty is an admirable quality, while mental health illness is a curse that causes much torment to both the sufferer and their family. I know what broken is and it broken is beyond repair. That is difficult to contemplate. There isn't just a little bit of truth here, there is a whole lot of it. I think we all know people who will fit to some extent within these words. There is much of it around, underestimated for years, under resourced and likely with Covid to touch many more sadly. Brevity which speaks volumes. Good mane Neville. Bang on point.
