The Taking of Innocence

 

Beneath that now

famous

cheesecloth dress

Their

scattered DNA

suggests

She tried so very

hard

to cross her legs

and

hold her breath ..

Not having

once ever dreamt

of being

forced to kiss

through clenched

fists and

teeth like that before ..

It takes a lot to make me angry .. but sometimes, I get very angry indeed ..

A very dark piece of poetry Neville. It eludes to a darkness I shudder to even think about. Or the circumstances which lead to such imagery. I do ike a mystery though. As unsettled as it left me this was indeed a good write my friend.
