He met a woman in Cancun

who said

She came from Minnesota

but you won’t know

where that is now, will ya ..

He said,

I know Bob Dylan though

She said who ..

He said precisely ..

Now come and lay down here

beside me ..

That’s when it dawned on him

there are no

vacant brass beds anywhere

or snowmen left

in the whole of Mexico ..

I am wondering from where You bring all these ideas and stories? a woman is strong, but inside she is still a little girl living in her "princess" world, a real man will know how to reach that part and touch it even when he didn't think about it. Experience something for the first time can bring tears even to the man. what he offered her is not bed but a warm home dear Neville, and You know how they are two opposite things.

Girl .. oh' how I wish I could say that in answer to your question .. let's blame it on the anaesthetic & post op delirium .. but I can't, I posted this scribble a matter of hours before they admitted me .. anyway, I digress ........ it is so very comforting whilst sitting listening to the bustle of my ward that you have taken the time to consider another of my posts ... I hope I can be the man my conscience wishes for itself .. Under these circumstances, all I can say is that sometimes my imagination gets the better of me and then, the pen seems to take control ... Ha.. no, it is very much inspired by my recent holiday in Mexico .. and a real conversation with a woman I met at the bar .. She was from Minnesota which is where Bob Dylan came from .. Oh' and a few references to a few Dylan songs along the way .. at least that's my excuse ........... am gonna try and get my head down now .......... take care N :)
