Just Another Zen Thing

Just Another Zen Thing

A Poem by Neville

Just Another Zen Thing

While here we both lay

like disjointed fragments

of the very same whole

Elsewhere, spun honey

pulled through a flame slow

is mistaken for monastery gold

I see a picture of two in a state of perfect relaxation after love making. Elsewhere the lovemaking goes on, but can’t be compared to monastery gold. That is high value. I do believe you have written of monastery gold before Neville. Two short stanzas telling two completely different stories.
