Our Justice System is becoming a joke. Oh no, our justice system IS a joke. You have stirred up a hornet’s nest with this one Neville. Soon you will be imprisoned for not paying your council tax while rapists are out on the streets. Deport ALL foreign prisoners, (there are thousands of them) free up spaces. Build more prisons. Simples. Judges having to know in advance of passing sentence if there is a prison place available for the offender is beyond absurd. A justice system not fit for purpose I would say. Reminds me of all those who were executed years ago and then pardoned afterwards because they weren’t guilty. No early release because they need spaces. A rapidly expanding population hasn’t been catered for in any way. Right I’ll get off my soap box now before I fall off and I’ll have a nice cup of tea .

In so few words here, you can stir up the emotions. You have delivered on absurdity and incompetence
