her arms

were each meant

to be special ..

A token gift for him

and a surprise ..

She got it all wrong

though,

going in too deep

like that ..

And had already

bled out,

long before

he had even read

her last text message ..

This is just so tragic and sad. Far too often the cries for help go unnoticed and the warning signs get missed. Talking about suicide and self harm is a step in the right direction. We need to remove the taboo from the subject of mental health. Thank you for sharing this.

This is tragic but all too true. I can only hope intervention worked by some dedicated and above all understanding person who knew. But it seems I fear not.

A cry for help that went sadly wrong. Such a waste of a life and highlighting the huge problem we have with the provision of mental health services to an increasing population. Maybe this is another depressing day at the office write. Came across as a troubled youngster. Heartbreak all round Neville. Poetically penned tragedy.
