You can laugh if you want our Neville , but all of my children when they have been toddlers i placed their little hands on a tree in the park ... just so it registered with them that trees are warm and tactile.
Now i don't suppose it made any difference to them , i just wanted them to have that experience...
Much more sensible to me that firing rockets into outer space..

"Science" can't leave well enough alone. It has driven mankind to the brink of his own demise. "Professing to be wise they became fools." The greater irony is they put catalytic converters on cars to limit emissions and have jets in the air burning a gallon of fuel per second with no emissions control. One must question the validity of that sort of thinking. Hydrogen cell technology for automobiles might be the safest and cleanest alternative to fossil fuel but there doesn't seem to be a huge amount of interest in that. Keep hugging the trees, their bark is worse than their bite. ;)

Well I’m a tree hugger too and respect our planet. Now there’s many out there causing hurt to our environment, probably the same ones who want to travel elsewhere and trash other places too. Leave the moon alone. Don’t go near her. Leave her aloof and lovely in the night sky and that goes for the other planets too. And learning to live in harmony on earth wouldn’t go amiss either. This place needs cleaning up first before space travel. Happy Saturday Neville 🍷
