The UK has some of the strictest gun control measures in the world in place already. In the US, California and New York have some of the strictest gun control measures in place. However, complete gun control does exist for civilians in countries like North Korea, Russia, and China. But it's not hard to figure out who is calling the "shots" in those countries.
