Look beyond the lark,

toward

those dark foreboding

angry skies ..

There, upon the brow

where crazy,

ancient undulations

hide from view

a flimsy silvered scarf ..

More amorphous

than mercury ever was ..

Yet know this,

her majesty resides

there still,

reclined across the nape

and back of

our lord, Orion’s nebula ..

Have you been observing the heavens through a telescope Neville? I haven’t got a telescope but do like to gaze at the wonders of the night sky and the milky way. I don’t know what Orion’s last great secret is, maybe it holds the answers to the universe. More probably it is another bright star drawing attention to itself.
