Deck Of Cards

A royal flush here, a full house here.

Life is as simple as a deck of cards.

Fate deals the cards, you play them, and collect the benefits.

Should fate deal you a hard hand, don't toss in the pot.

 

Ride it out, a hard life, is a fun life.

If you choose to fold, blame no one but yourself.

Its always an option to call.

Raise the stakes, make it risky.

 

Life is as simple as a deck of cards.

Winning the game is the challenge.

I didn't think of the flow when I wrote this.
I didn't think about it at all, I just wrote it as it popped into my mind..haha. xD

DOC is wonderful metaphoric philosophical piece that
we should all try to live up too.. No risk, no gain as
they say... I love the 2nd verse immersely ...
