Panic consumed me,

But it’s gone for the time being…

Yet the thought of it

Is pricking at my own thoughts,

Hoping that they don’t find me.

I do that all the time. You gave a clear view of what your mind consumed. Yoiur mind was taking over not you. Love this short messge.! Makes me think when I become worried by something. Most of the time its Paying my bills..lol
