++Strawberry Cake++

Just something that I made for fun. :3

Life is like a strawberry cake

It's sweet most of the time

But sometimes it's sour to our taste

That's life for you

It's hard, I know the feeling

You start at the bottom

Picking the crumbs and licking the white cream

You take a bite, with strawberry jam in between

It's like a dream you're getting

You start at the bottom but then

Someday you'll get to the top

Perfectly piped icing; shiny strawberry

Resting on top of your cake

That's your goal, shining to reel you in

Tempting I'm sure, of course what do you do?

You'll do anything to get it!

That cake is your life

You'll always start at the bottom

Your last bite is the strawberry

That's also your last goal in life

Once you're done, you'll be satisfied

Because your life is like a strawberry cake ~~~

I couldn't think of a really serious poem this time...
But still I hope it satisfies any reader :3

I think it's very creative on how you use strawberry cakes, and the way it really o somehow matches with "tastes" of life... it's a really nice poem! yeah, and it do make me want to have a cake as welled
