Shimla Cats

A big hello to everyone reading this.
Today, I want to talk about these two cats. I met the grey one on my day one at the hostel. It came meowing at my door and I couldn't resist this cute little creature. Miss mam (or Mr. sir for that matter) would come to my room and sit on my lap and sometimes even slept on the bed. The word bold, non hesitant, fits it the most. Never asked for attention but commanded it. Confident, loveable and well best companion I could get at that time.

The black one, I met when I shifted to a rented 1BK room by the end of last semester. It was mysterious, complete opposite of the grey one, who was friendly and well, too friendly at times. The black one had poise. I can tell because one day, I saw this cat sitting outside my room and a dog barked in a violent voice. I thought it would maybe run or try to hide somewhere from that obvious predator. This cat, did not make any sound and stayed where it was not moving an inch. The dog didn't even notice, it was so quite. It taught me one thing that day, "Eat Five Star do Nothing" actually works.

It always came for food and rested a bit then left. Unlike the grey one who came for good time. I loved both and you know what I love more about these two, they always came back. When I went through "adjusting phase" during 1st semester the grey cat gave me comfort and when I thought I had lost all my grip on literature during last semester,the black one came with her mellow personality reminding me, I am still an observer.

The best part is, their eyes reflected the colour of rooms, I lived in, when I met them. That's why posting this collage to remember them one more and definitely not last time!
