Watchful Eyes

 

Dome of blue-

watchful eyes, looking in,

wondering when?

 

Dome of black-

watchful eyes, looking out,

wondering who?

 

back and forth,

the game continues;

back and forth,

the mind ensues.

 

Formerly sane,

must endure evil's stain,

must endure good's pain.

 

Twilight silhouette, traced in the sunset,

the time, when the two orbs met;

 

low-level conscious insect,

rebel against the god-birds.
