Nevermind that's a lie

I've been going through it

simple conversations complicated

I wouldn't talk to a friend the way I talk to myself

no sleep for the past six days

my mind is a little loopy

The time I'm facing

The days lessen

My brain is scrambled enough after one night without sleep, never mind six, but I still find the way you wouldn't talk to others the way you talk to self resonates within me. We are our own worst critics at the best of times, let alone our sleep deprived worst.

Lack of sleep is not a good thing, but one I have had ample experience with. Well stated thoughts in this brief statement.

There are a couple of grammatical things that have been pointed out in the next to last line. First line ... 'you're' instead of you.

These are minor things and easily corrected.

Six days without sleep? I can see why the mind is "a little loopy." It may explain why "have" was left out of the next to last line.
