Haiku of madness

The worlds gone mad. 

I know no differences 

in madness or in sanity. 

I live on the fringe of madness itself 

So think before you tell me reality is your's.

There are problems with your apostrophes. "Your's" is not correct, as you don't indicate possessives in a pronoun (I think, I might have made up that reason).
It should be "world's gone mad", as you are contracting "world has".

In terms of what this poem means, I think you need to say more on how madness and sanity are equivalent. That's a pretty big statement to make. And a scary one too.

It's a metaphor plus "The worlds gone mad' meaning it went mad already same as "'The world has gone mad. I didn't want the poem to be simple to understand. Thank you for your comment I will use it later on in my writing it does help.

i think the difference between madness and sanity is simply consensus. the majority perception is sanity. interesting poem. not sure why you use the word haiku to describe it though.
