The End Of Heartache

The End Of Heartache

A Poem by Endless Rain

Relaxing in the dark of night.
Hiding in the shadows out of sight.
My eyes glow red from the moon's glow.
I fly at night like a black crow.
Feeding off the nightly food chain.
While flying through the misty rain.
Flying solo in the misty blue night sky.
Watching my countless enemies die.
Cast my imprint on the street.
The dark imprint off my feet.
Alone I feel my dark soul rise.
Rise above the midnight skies.
No one understands how I feel.
My feelings are just too real.
For people to take in.
Maybe it's my wicked sin.
All I wanted was just a friend.
Ignored, my heart full of dust.
Dust that slowly turns to rust.
No love for anyone.
My enemies think they have won.
Foolish they are because they are dead.
Living their lives inside their head.
Foolish people who want to be alive.
Just say your prayers and count to five.
The darkness will take you to your lonely grave.
Be with God or be the devil's slave.
