I Wish

I Wish

A Poem by Endless Rain

"I wish I may, I wish I might, I wish for her delight"

Yesterday I went downtown
I decided to look around
All the people around the bar
And then I saw a beautiful girl from a far
Deep blue eyes that could kill
Her mixed red and black hair
I was caught in a hazy dead stare
I decided to pay for her bill
The way she moved on the floor
The way she rocked me to the core
Her personality made me shiver
Her touch made my soul wither
Intoxicating, fun, and exotic
The way she moved was hypnotic
A girl from heaven or hell?
Anyway, I got her cell
Talked to her all night long
I even wrote her a song
She is my baby and I love her
Oh and she makes me wonder
If we will be together forever
