Nothing will be the same
Ever since you came
I saw you as a friend
My friend, where have you been?
Your shadow whispered your name
Nothing will be the same
I don't see you any more
What is this love for?
These feelings wash ashore
My heart spilled out on the floor
Crushed, I still remain
Ever since you came
There was no pain
After you left I still remain
Nothing will be the same
You left and I'm still here
Hate is all I hear at night
Nothing feels right
I'm only reminded of the pain
When you left me in the rain
