The Man In The Mirror

The Man In The Mirror

A Poem by Endless Rain

See the man in the mirror
(I'm the unending terror)
Your eyes pierce my skin
(There she goes again)
She takes my breath away
(God I want her to stay)

See the man in the mirror
(I just wanted to be sure)
That I'm real and not dead
(I'm the needle through the thread)
I'm that lost thought inside your head
(I'm that feeling that is never said)

Your heart against mine
We are together in time
Please don't leave me behind
I can't live on without you
Oh the love I have for you is true
I just need you to notice me
I just need you to always love me
I just need you to always be with me
