ContentA Poem by Paul McCallAnswering some questions.I always sit in the back of the room; I prefer being in the shadows. I speak softly and try not to draw attention. For me, loneliness is an ally I mostly prefer. I don’t like crowds, never go to concerts or attend sporting events. I call holidays, “horror-days” and feel all of them have been programed into society by the big money marketers of this world. Rejection is as normal to me, as it is, uncomfortable for you. I feel the word, “fame” is suited to rime with the word, pain. Think what you will, I am content with who I am in this dangerous world. Are you content with your world? © 2019 Paul McCall |
