Drifting...contd

........Like a melting ray fades away my soul   

Yet it knows not where it is going..

To search for you in the vast infinity......

At infinity's end  there you were.. 

Grin on your face and much love to my heart..

I lost myself in to the depth of your eyes 

I  pointed my finger

As if to touch but not to feel; sense but not see

Like the calm before a calamity 

Silence before storm 

My gaze locked with yours 

our hearts sank down to the floor 

engulfed with burning blaze of desire 

The air beyond infinity filled itself with vapours of love..

                                                               This happened..

                                                                                  While I was

                                                                     lost in fixation with the setting sun 

                                                                                                          ......and its glow

Drifting....such a romantic scene you paint and to think it was all Mother Nature's doing. "a burning blaze of desire" yes, that is what the setting sun can look like. Only a poet sees it that way. Gorgeous presentation for your words. Lydi**
