You sound so much like my hubby it's almost scary! lol Anyway, i understand what you are saying I have seen it many, many times. good luck with it and keep up the good work. Windy
OK, when I didn't read your description, I was totally lost. But then I read some of the reviews, and I thought to look and see, then I knew. I liked it, particularly because I know that feeling, but I play a different instrument. I think the emotion you used was good, but I don't like the last sentence "Such a rare experience..." I don't think that's accurate, just so you know.
Hello there Pakino. Just going through what you've done, and noticed this one about guitar-playing. This is something i do a lot of too. Great minds and all that. I can really empathise with this. I like to have a drink or two and just get lost in it, playting along to CDs of all different kinds.
Well played sir. Music is a powerful force. Getting wrapped up in the moment is something that just happens and when it does it's the greatest thing one can feel. Kudos.
Really nice and many people I think could relate to one's own sacred space. I also just as Amanda, would've liked a bit more range of emotions, although you may have left out that range on purpose? Maybe to symbolise the euphoric and enveloping nothingness of the experience and sacred space? Anyway I liked it, I connected with it. :D
when i first read the title of this poem i didn't know what i was geting myself into... overall i liked the poem, but i think i would also like to see more description of the range of emotions or the feeling or the strings in your hands....not criticism, just a suggestion, again, i like the poem
