My first self-affirmation. Ever.

I'm already flawed
Even more incomplete
I can name all my flaws
Because I think my flaws make me beautiful inside and out

I know I'm too emotional
I know I'm too clingy
I know I'm self conscious
I know I have low self esteem
I know I have mental issues
I know I'm a recovering sex addict
I know I have problems telling the truth
I know I'm a cutter
I know I can't be trusted sometimes
I know I'm not good in school
I know I'm anti-social

I'm silly
I'm thoughtful
I'm creative
I'm caring
I'm sweet
Open minded
I don't judge
I'm a lover
A thinker
A writer
I'm me

I know all my flaws
I know all my issues
Even those I don't know
But what I do know
Is that I'm perfectly flawed
I know my flaws make me beautiful
I know there are things I'd like to change
But I'm not gonna change totally
Because... I'm me
There'll never be anyone else like me
That's why the goddess only made one
And that's me
That's all there is
That's who I am
Perfectly flawed.
